Trip Suitability:
You will be hiking / walking for around 10 – 12 hours. This challenge is not a race, you will be part of a group and the pace will be determined by your mountain guide on the challenge. The terrain is rolling and rough under foot. You must prepare before coming on the trip / challenge, anything cardiovascular will help – running or long walks are a great way of training. You will be carrying a small rucksack with your mountain essentials.

For this reason, their leaders are the very best in the business, they all hold relevant outdoor First Aid Certificates and have hands-on practical medical experience in a variety of environments.
