Some of our events require us to share some of your personal information with the third party provider. Where this is the case we will always ensure that you are aware of that shared access to your information at the time of registration and that the third party provider only uses that data for the event you are participating in. This data will usually be limited to information collected at the time of registration and any medical information or passport information you are asked to provide to participate in the event.
We do not share any of your information with The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust unless we have your permission to do so, and we do not have access to your hospital records.
